• Items must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
• Used or damaged items cannot be returned unless they arrived defective or damaged in shipping.
• Certain items, such as custom-made arrows, strings, or personalized products, are non-returnable unless defective.

Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and applied to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was defective or sent in error.

Exchanges
• If you need a different size, draw weight, or product variation, we offer exchanges within the 30-day return window.
• Exchanges will be processed once we receive the original item back.
Damaged or Defective Items
• If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and send you a replacement or full refund.
• Please include photos of the damage when contacting us to expedite the process.
